Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize production workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
