Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align production plans with inventory levels and demand forecasts.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and manage customer expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and recommendations for management review.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, revisions, and outcomes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
