Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement corrective actions to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to create a secure and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any operational issues.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, inventory status, and team productivity.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
