Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory records using our digital management system.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase transactions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or excess inventory to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
- Support other store operations as needed, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records and transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to assist customers professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
