Responsibility
- Assist in general accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Support administrative functions, such as document filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Prepare and verify operational reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee timekeeping for operational staff.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth business transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in financial or operational data as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
