Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory transactions
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Assist in developing and maintaining supplier relationships in the Indonesian market
- Prepare regular reports on key supply chain metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (internships count!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
