In this strategic role, you will oversee end-to-end production planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations to support our mission of delivering high-quality electric vehicles. Responsibility
- Develop and execute production planning schedules to ensure on-time material availability for EV assembly lines.
- Manage inventory control systems, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Optimize logistics and material flow to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to align supply chain with manufacturing demands.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and warehouse productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse and inventory processes.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, warehouse management, or production planning, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in inventory control, demand forecasting, and material planning.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Just-in-Time (JIT) principles is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
