Responsibility
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory and production schedules.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of production plans and inventory control measures.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
