Responsibility
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align material requirements with production timelines.
- Oversee administrative processes related to production orders, work orders, and reporting.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies in all PPIC-related activities.
- Collaborate with management to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in custom packaging or paper manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
