Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of custom paper packaging orders.
- Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with production demands.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Conduct material requirement planning (MRP) to support just-in-time production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols in all production activities.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control within manufacturing (preferably paper/packaging industry).
- Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
