Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer orders and inventory requirements.
- Oversee and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and reduce carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all production activities.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in paper packaging.
- Proven track record of managing production schedules, inventory systems, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
