Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to monitor workflows and adjust plans in real-time.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to integrate compliance standards into production timelines.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and raw materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian manufacturing regulations is advantageous.
