Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently across ASEAN, ANZ, and Taiwan markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and sales, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve order-related discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update order management systems and databases with precision.
- Generate reports on order trends, delays, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize order processing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional ASEAN languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes is advantageous.
