Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align resources, materials, and timelines for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and work order statuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software (e.g., MS Project, Advanced Planning Systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
