Responsibility
- Develop and implement efficient production planning strategies to optimize factory operations.
- Analyze workflow processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.

- Design and maintain production layouts to maximize space and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in factory or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process optimization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
