Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory, forecast demand, and generate production reports.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to adjust priorities based on real-time production constraints or customer requirements.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and variances.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by aligning production plans with R&D and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within manufacturing (electronics, semiconductor, or PCB industry preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP PP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, German) are advantageous.
