As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to align production with demand, minimize costs, and enhance productivity. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to meet customer expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with production demands.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans to meet market and customer requirements.
- Implement and improve PPIC systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and other KPIs for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose corrective actions to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all PPIC activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level for data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or other production optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
