Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in production planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements and production needs.
- Utilize ERP or inventory management software to track and manage production and inventory data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Just-in-Time (JIT) principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
