Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to production and inventory management.
- Utilize ERP or other software systems to track and manage production and inventory data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management best practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
