Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and supply chain metrics.
- Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize waste and optimize storage.
- Work closely with sales and production teams to forecast demand and adjust plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in production planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
