Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and inventory issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory transactions, and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and logistics activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory management techniques, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software for production and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to production and inventory control.
