Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align production schedules with customer demand and supply chain constraints.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, variances, and actionable insights.
- Optimize resource utilization (materials, labor, machinery) to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Forecast raw material requirements and work with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative planning strategies and leveraging data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
