Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, and operations) to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, and raw materials) to minimize costs and maximize output.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all planning activities.
- Utilize ERP or production planning software to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
