Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with production timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into production planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Adapt production plans in response to changing demand, supply chain disruptions, or resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts is advantageous.
