Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Monitor and analyze machine utilization, raw material availability, and workforce capacity to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and minimize stockouts.
- Conduct inventory control and implement just-in-time (JIT) strategies to reduce holding costs.
- Generate performance reports and KPIs to track production metrics, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to forecast demand and adjust planning accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline planning processes and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
