Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and adjust workflows in real-time to address delays, material shortages, or other operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and business priorities.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting KPIs such as lead times, throughput, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Utilize ERP or MRP systems to track progress, generate forecasts, and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
