Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure alignment with manufacturing sequences, lead times, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.
- Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in production planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using production planning software (e.g., ERP systems, MRP, or advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
