Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and customer service staff to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, service scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster professional growth.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align branch goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in automotive services, retail, or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of automotive glass installation and repair processes is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
