Responsibility
- Operate and maintain fiberglass molding equipment to produce high-quality components.
- Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate product dimensions and finishes.
- Mix and apply resin, gel coat, and other materials according to project requirements.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to molds and tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and efficiency protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
- Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fiberglass molding or a related manufacturing field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, and molding techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Basic understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in manufacturing is a plus.
