Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement and canvassing of materials, tools, and services requested by various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-effective and high-quality procurement options.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement outcomes.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of procured items.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier information, pricing, and contract details.
- Assist in resolving procurement-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns, in a timely manner.
- Support the procurement team in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will also be considered).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and market trends is advantageous.
