Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all production and inventory activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in planning and execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
