Responsibility
- Develop and maintain optimized production schedules to meet customer delivery targets.
- Monitor material inventory levels and initiate procurement requests to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal departments to align production capacity with demand forecasts.
- Conduct regular analysis of production performance data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Proactively mitigate risks related to component shortages or production downtime.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on scheduling performance and production throughput for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
