Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Liaise with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare reports on production performance, including KPIs such as on-time delivery and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
