Responsibility

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and production optimization techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
