Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and production schedules.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to introduce new products and improve existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and production optimization techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
