Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and on-time production.
- Monitor and adjust workflow priorities based on real-time capacity and resource constraints.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align forecasting with production capabilities.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on production status, delays, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all planning activities.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives through efficient resource allocation and waste minimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
