Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production plans with market demands.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
