Responsibility
- Manage and execute production orders to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with shop floor teams to monitor daily production activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align production plans.
- Generate reports on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
