Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or capacity constraints.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams to align production with forecasted demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage production orders and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing or medical device industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
