Responsibility
- Lead the setup, fit-out, and commissioning of Goertek’s new facility in Denpasar, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and timelines.
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and utilities, to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with Singapore and China teams to synchronize processes, share best practices, and resolve cross-border operational challenges.
- Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for facility-related services, including negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for facility management, including CAPEX and OPEX, with a focus on cost efficiency.
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech environments.
- Proven track record in site setup, fit-out, and operational scaling for large-scale facilities.
- Strong knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and local regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia (advantageous).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facility automation tools.
