Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with inventory levels, sales forecasts, and customer demands.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely procurement of materials and resources.
- Implement and maintain production planning systems and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
