Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with riders and delivery partners to ensure timely last-mile deliveries.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as delivery accuracy and turnaround time.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., customer service, warehouse) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in hub operations.
- Train and supervise hub staff to maintain high service quality.
- Generate operational reports and provide insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in logistics and transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
