Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to align delivery schedules with production needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
