Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
