Responsibility
- Assemble and build semiconductor components according to precise specifications
- Perform quality checks and functional testing on assembled products
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and machinery
- Follow strict safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines
- Document production processes and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues during assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (semiconductor industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation)
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to undergo training and follow standard operating procedures
