Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and efficiency in glove manufacturing.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as output rates, defect rates, and resource utilization.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow processes.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain adherence to international safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure raw material availability and inventory optimization.
- Develop and enforce SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for production lines to ensure consistency.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the glove, rubber, or medical device manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing software (ERP, MES) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
