Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards in flavor production.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to test and scale new flavor formulations.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and compliance reports.
- Train and mentor production staff to uphold best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in flavor/fragrance production, food manufacturing, or chemical processing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with flavor extraction, blending, and quality control techniques.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
