Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards in flavor production.
  • Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to test and scale new flavor formulations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Train and mentor production staff to uphold best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in flavor/fragrance production, food manufacturing, or chemical processing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
  • Familiarity with flavor extraction, blending, and quality control techniques.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
