Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including output, downtime, and quality control results.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
