Responsibility
- Prepare and measure raw materials accurately for paint production according to specified formulas.
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Package finished products securely and efficiently for distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
- Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the paint or chemical industry.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
