Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications and production orders.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace cleanliness and 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles.
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
