Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and packaging of products according to specifications.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to shift-based schedules (if applicable) and overtime when needed.
